STORY

The Ferrari Testarossa is an iconic sports car produced from 1984 to 1996. Its name means "red testa" in Italian, with "testa" meaning cylinder head and "rossa" meaning red.

The Ferrari Testarossa was first presented at the Paris Motor Show in 1984 and was the successor to the Ferrari Berlinetta Boxer. The design was created by Pininfarina and is known for its eye-catching side air intakes, which give the vehicle a striking appearance. To this day, its design is unmatched and inspires young and old with its extraordinary design.

The Testarossa was equipped with a 4.9-liter V12 mid-engine that produced about 390 hp. The vehicle could accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in less than 5 seconds and reached a top speed of over 290 km/h.

The Ferrari Testarossa gained widespread popularity around the world, not least due to its appearances in various media. A famous example is the use of the car in the television series "Miami Vice", which helped cement the Testarossa's status as a symbol of luxury and style.

Due to its iconic design, performance and contribution to pop culture, the Testarossa has a firm place in sports car history. Well-preserved examples are now sought-after collector's items and often fetch high prices on the classic car market.

PERSONAL STORY

As the name suggests, the colour 'rosso corso' was very present when it was delivered in Maranello. Only a few vehicles were delivered from the factory in a different colour, and our example, which was delivered in silver, is one of these lucky ones. This shows off the unusual design even more.

To emphasize the sporty look, the star rims were equipped with original 288 GTO rims.

Now to the important part of a Ferrari: the sound.

Equipped with a Fuchs exhaust system, it makes the hearts in the cockpit and also those of passers-by beat faster.
